Summit is a 3D survival-lite exploration game. It was my 4th year capstone project at Sheridan college. My roles were designer and developer.
Project Overview
Summit was my 4th year capstone project for my game design program at Sheridan College. My team’s idea was to create a bite sized survival adventure game where we could tell a small story about living in harmony with nature and overcoming adversity.
My roles on the project were game designer and developer. As designer, I was responsible for collaborating with the rest of the team to come up with the initial concept and design. As a developer I was in charge of developing and designing the movement and camera systems. This included the base feeling of the character along with animation systems. I also handled implementing the art assets and coding systems for the world generation.
